Lodge prices
(Stamp duty is not payable on the lodges)
Double lodges: 50 year lease costs:
1. 34’ x 20’ £130,000
2. 37’ x 20’ £140,000
3. 40’ x 20’ £150,000
4. 45’ x 20' £160,000
Stamp duty is not payable on the lodges. To extend the lease period to 99 years costs an extra £20,000
Annual licence fee
£2200 per annum (this will be increased in line with RPI)
Additional Charges
Council tax - £350 (Estimate)
Gas/Water/Electricity - £400 (Estimate)
