The lodge is approached via a gravelled drive, allowing parking for five/six cars. Gradual steps ascend up to the front door and a paved path extends around leading to the side and rear gardens.
Stepping in through the front door, you walk into an inviting entrance hall, laid with engineered wood flooring. There are hooks for coats, space for shoes and doors leading to all of the accommodation.
The main reception room is an open plan living kitchen/ diner, beautifully designed to create three separate entertaining areas. The living room is bathed in natural sunlight from a glazed picture window and two glazed doors opening out onto the terraced seating area. Within the room is a modern remote controlled electric fire with colour changing stone detail and hearth.
The kitchen/diner is semi open to the lounge and provides a fabulous dining area and workspace. Ergonomically designed with two-tone, soft close storage units and a solid worktop and breakfast bar, the kitchen is equipped with all the mod-cons and includes a steam and electric oven, Quooker hot tap and a noise reduction dishwasher, along with the standard appliances of a Belfast sink, a four-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge and freezer.
Across the hall is the utility room, fitted with additional storage cupboards and worktop with an integrated sink and mixer tap. There is plumbing for a washing machine and dryer and access out onto the terraced balcony.
The master bedroom suite lies at the end of the hall and is a superior double room, beautifully decorated with neutral décor, carpets and a feature coloured wall. The room is complemented with a walk-in closet fitted with ‘his and hers’ mirrored wardrobes and a stylish en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom is a generous sized double room, decorated with a similar style of tones and a contrasting feature wall. The room benefits from a mirrored wardrobe and there is space for freestanding drawers and a vanity dressing area. The third bedroom is currently set up as a twin room, but can easily accommodate a double bed if preferred and a freestanding wardrobe.
The bathroom is fitted with a luxurious four piece suite and comprises of a large shower cubicle with a mixer and rainfall shower, a bath with hand-held shower, a WC and wash hand basin with vanity storage below.
Outside, the lodge is positioned on a large plot of surrounding open lawned garden areas with bushes and mature trees. To the rear there is a bespoke red cedar clad shed with electric light and power. A paved path and steps ascend up to a terraced balcony with a glass balustrade, perfect for alfresco dining or relaxing in the peaceful and tranquil surroundings.
