We are just in the process of developing 4 new plots on the Pastures. Plots 64, 65, 66, 67 (plot 67 now sold).

These plots have exceptional views. They are on an exclusive part of the site and clients have the chance to buy the plot from us and then sit down with one of our lodge manufacturers and design the lodge of your dreams. The plot for a 50 year lease will cost between £190k – £200k and a new 50ft x 22ft lodge direct from the manufacturer would be around £120k.
