We are just in the process of developing 3 new plots on the Pastures. Plots 58, 59 and 60.
These plots have exceptional views down the valley towards Cartmel. They are on an exclusive part of the site and are not overlooked.
On plot 60 you have the chance to buy the plot from us and then sit down with one of our lodge manufacturers and design the lodge of your dreams. The plot for a 50 year lease is £180k and a new 50ft x 22ft lodge direct from the manufacturer would be around £110k .
